Medium and Light Quality Pipe and Rails for Fencing and Gate Pipe

Clamped top and bottom pipe rails to all posts with galvanized split clamp-on fittings on cricket net fencing enclosures is a requirement to improve the service life of the chain link fabric from being deformed from impacted damage. Pipes shall be equally spaced at 3000 mm maximum. For roof rails, intermediate support pipe rail shall not exceed 1500 mm spacing in each direction. Purchaser may also elect to provide an additional pipe rail set at 1000 mm above bottom rail to provide additional support to lower section of chain link fabric, on rear end fences and consider the first two panels on side returns from rear.

There are two players of playing cricket.
CEP-01: Cricket playing.
This is a chain link fabric fencing made white cricket enclosure.
CEP-02: White chain link fabric mesh made cricket enclosure.

We supply Class 1 (medium quality) and Class 2 (medium and light quality) post to cricket net fencing enclosure.

Gate posts shall be medium quality in table 2. Pipe rail supporting the chain link fabric, shall be either DN 40 (diameter nominal) 48.3 mm OD (outside diameter); or DN 32 (42.4 mm OD) without joints.

  • Class 1 pipe:
    • (medium quality) pipe provides for optimum long-term durability of cricket net fencing enclosures. All pipe posts, bracing rails and stays throughout the fence installations shall be medium quality (colour-coded blue) as specified in Table 2 and 3. Table 1 lists the performance – strength grades for class 1 pipe, for AS 1074 AS/NZS 1163 and EN 10255.
  • Class 2 pipe:
    • Medium quality pipe shall be used for all terminal posts as specified in table 2 and 5.
    • Light quality pipe shall be used for all intermediate posts and rails as specified in Table 5. Table 4 lists the performance – strength grade for class 2 pipe, for AS 1074, AS/NZS 1163 and EN 10255.
